WORST PLACE YO BUY A CAR!!! If I can give it a zero I would DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM MI TIERRA!! The car will be park more then used 1. if you do t make a payment they will not help and turn off your car 2. All those car have some kind off PROBLEM!!!!!! They won’t help you with that either I was so desperate on getting a car I went to the devil den and got the worst car ever… I should read the reviews and would save some much energy and most of all MONEY!!! AGAIN DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE KONEY TO THROW AWAY!!!

If you needed a sign this is it! If I could give them negative stars I WOULD. Please whatever you do do not buy a car from this place. They sell you cars that are falling apart and then ask you to pay to fix it. Then they won't even fix the car. Everyone here is rude. They never answer the phone when you call but if you're one day late on a payment they'll blow your phone up. If they do answer they put you on hold for over an hour. Buying a car from here is one of my biggest regrets and I'm trying to pay it off as soon as possible so I won't have to deal with these people anymore.

Lesson learned , spoke to Brenda and Marcos both responses were “let me get you to service” if you hear this take the loss and get out of there as soon as possible. The car we got has been parked more than it has been driven. It is non drivable we cannot even get back to there service dept who mis diagnosed it in the first place. Had a broken thermostat housing. Did not have enough coolant so we didn’t even know it was leaking. Leaking heater hoses AND water pump. Of which we paid out of pocket to drive it back. We gave up no more. MiTierra come pick up your junk we will take the loss. I also mentioned we could work on getting a better vehicle. That’s when he says let me get you to service. Marcos if the car is in service how can I get to work. No loaner no work no car payment. Mi Tierra shame no regard for YOUR customers.
